eduFire has really helped me with my second attempt at learning Spanish. The people (community) are great, tools are easy to use and the tutoring sessions are affordable and convenient because they work around my schedule.

This place is pretty neat. I have used a few different platforms for learning but I think that eduFire.com has the most potential. I think the website could be improved a little but it’s very easy to use.

Edufire looks like a neat concept. I wonder how video conferencing compares to having tutoring in the flesh!

I did find another one, apart from the ones in the comments: http://www.studentteacherexchange.com/ which is completely free and uses chat/video/voice and whiteboards as well. They are new but my guess is they will be booming soon since they charge nothing.
