The translator has a pretty cool interface; I did some basic tests in Japanese >> English >> Japanese and it suffers the same way all automated translators do – coming back to the original language, something is lost in the translation. For example, I type “How are you?” in English. The Japanese translation is “どうですか?” or “dou desu ka?” which really means “how is it?”. It should be “O genki desu ka?” (don’t know the kanji for this). Then when you copy and paste どうですか? to be translated BACK to English, it translates it as “What?”. Do you go from “How are you?” to “What?” in a single reverse translation.
