In previous time, Gmail supported only 18 MB or less attachment. Most recently Google increased the maximum attachment size within 20MB to 25MB. Well…..I’d be highly annoyed if someone sent me a 25Mb file attachment to my POP3 mail software (not hosted).

Same here too but still it’s great for me and you can’t send 25MB from Yahoo to Gmail. Both of your accounts must be Gmail and then you can share of 25MB sized file, otherwise — sorry.
